The text I still haven’t replied to…

Ten days ago, a friend texted me.

It wasn’t urgent. Just thoughtful and kind. I’ve thought about replying at least 20 times since. But I still haven’t.

Not because I don’t want to.

But because I never remember when it’s actually convenient to respond.

That’s what poor lead management feels like, too.

You care. You’re interested. You even know what you want to say.

But it slips through the cracks—because there’s no system holding it for you.

I worked with someone recently who was prepping to return to her full-time office job while juggling her growing business.

Leads were coming in. Interest was there.

But without a clear process, she was stuck in the loop of meaning to follow up… and not actually doing it.

So we mapped out her ideal client journey—from “maybe” to “booked”—and created a plan she could follow at her own pace.

Something light, human, and doable.

No fancy software. Just a strategy that felt like a relief.

If your own lead or onboarding flow is feeling clunky, I’m opening a few FREE async 15-minute chats.

It’s a chance to talk through one sticky part of your system—and find a path that fits how you actually work.

No prep. No pitch. Just reply and tell me what’s messy.

Let’s make your system feel like a relief—not another thing to carry.

Until next time,

Faith Clarke joins me to unpack doing business with—with your body, with your values, and with community. We talk about resisting the “fix it fast” brain, designing work that includes you, collaborating without perfectionism, and naming the invisible labor so many of us carry. If you’ve ever answered emails before your office hours or felt guilty for wanting fewer meetings, this one’s a breath of fresh air.

No BS business wisdom, geeky insights, and practical magic. My emails are like grabbing tea with your business-savvy (and slightly nerdy) bestie—expect smart strategies, streamlined systems, and the occasional pop culture reference. Whether I’m helping you simplify your processes, set better boundaries, or just finally get your sh*t together, you’ll walk away with something actionable every time. No fluff, no overwhelm—just real talk, real solutions, and maybe a little chaos (the fun kind).
