This week, I’ve been doing some deep thinking—about money, boundaries, and how small shifts can create massive change. From realizing how my own income beliefs have been limiting me to helping a client reclaim her time with a simple Calendly tweak, I’m seeing firsthand how small mindset and process adjustments can lead to major results. If you’re feeling stuck in any area—whether it’s income growth, productivity, or business systems—this email has something for you. Let’s dig in. What’s on My MindLately I’ve been thinking a lot about my relationship with money and how my thoughts about money are shaping my reality. No consideration for inflation, at all. I even said the words, “I can’t imagine what it would be like to make $100K a year.” Plus some other not helpful stuff. I do believe that our thoughts and beliefs shape how we behave, which in turn is one element that shapes our reality (systemic oppression is another). Now it’s time to begin reframing those money beliefs and see what happens. What’s one unhelpful belief about money that you’ve been carrying around? A Quick Fix for Your BusinessIf you’re letting meetings invade your prime creative hours, it’s time to channel Gandalf at the Bridge of Khazad-dûm and declare, “YOU SHALL NOT PASS!” Your best brainpower shouldn’t be spent bouncing between discovery calls, client kickoff calls, and endless check-ins. When you protect your peak creative hours, you: Here’s some steps you can try: Try it this week, and next Monday, I’ll share how to make your protected time even more effective (and how to hold that line). Stay tuned! What I’m Nerding Out OnMonday, I spent a chunk of my afternoon inventorying my books, particularly my tbr pile. I have a list of books on Storygraph that I want to read, but I’ve found that if I don’t mark the ones I own, I end up with duplicates. Does this happen to you? Want to be Storygraph friends? You can find me here. A Quick Success StoryOne of my clients was drowning in sales calls and needed to reclaim her time—without losing leads. We first considered an inquiry form before booking, but she worried that waiting for approval would turn people away. She knows she can close sales on calls, so we needed a balance between filtering and accessibility. The solution? Adding pre-qualifying questions directly in Calendly. Now, prospects can still book instantly, but she reviews their answers beforehand. If they’re not a good fit, she follows up with resources—without wasting valuable time on unnecessary calls. Meet an Incredible Human I met Frenchie when I first began my business. She was my second client in fact. So I know how she runs her business - with integrity. I also know she knows her shit. She’s hosting a workshop next week called F*ck Manifesting. It’s designed to help you achieve results on your terms and timeline. Want to join? Check it out here: https://lu.ma/frenchie.ferenczi Your Insider LookThis month, I’m hosting CRM CleanUp Coworking sessions in The Playhouse. Last week we focused on contacts and pipeline. I created a checklist to help folks too overwhelmed to know where to start. Check it out. This week (aka tomorrow), we’ll be auditing our email templates.

No BS business wisdom, geeky insights, and practical magic. My emails are like grabbing tea with your business-savvy (and slightly nerdy) bestie—expect smart strategies, streamlined systems, and the occasional pop culture reference. Whether I’m helping you simplify your processes, set better boundaries, or just finally get your sh*t together, you’ll walk away with something actionable every time. No fluff, no overwhelm—just real talk, real solutions, and maybe a little chaos (the fun kind).
